This is the most current zoning ordinance, adopted 11/6/2023 

No lot or parcel of land, no existing building, structure, or part of a structure, no new building structure or part of a new structure shall be located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered or used for purposes other than the in conformity with provisions in this ordinance. 

All regulated trees and development in environmentally sensitive areas (steep slopes) requires a permit OR an exemption. Fences and sheds require permits. Driveways require permits.
